Ian Wain and his brother Alex Vinshtok, founders of ENG Communications, Inc., have been working together in the technology and custom installation industry since 1999. Before forming ENG, Ian spent five years in the computer networking, software, and hardware industry, gaining hands-on experience in building technology businesses from the ground up and staying ahead of emerging technologies. He later expanded into residential low-voltage work, specializing in audio/video systems and home theatres installations. With over three decades of combined experience, Ian and Alex have built ENG into a highly respected firm known for its expertise in private cinemas, screening rooms, and smart home automation.

Throughout their careers, Ian and Alex have collaborated on numerous theatre projects, working closely with Keith Willis “Innovative theatres” to complete complex installations. They supported his efforts by handling structured wiring and following his direction in the construction of several high-performance theatres. As principals of ENG Communications, they lead all projects, overseeing every detail from design to execution. Ian and Innovative theatres stands out in the market by offering a single-source solution for design, technology integration, and project management—serving both residential and commercial clients across the U.S. Their portfolio includes work for high-profile individuals such as Richard Carpenter, Brad Garrett, Teri Hatcher, Vin Diesel, Kunal Nayyar, and many others, as well as major commercial clients including Sony Studios, CBRE, The BLVD Group, and Caruso Properties.
